Obagi Nu-Derm Clear (Skin Bleaching and Corrector Cream) is the major bleaching and correcting preparation in the Nu-Derm Skin Health Restoration program. An essential component of the Therapeutic Cascade, Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains 4% hydroquinone as the active ingredient in an activating base to correct uneven surface skin color and brown spots. NOTE: Do not use this product if pregnant or nursing.

Directions: Apply in the morning (AM) and the evening (PM) following Obagi Vitamin C or Obagi Nu-Derm Toner as directed by physician.

Active Ingredients: Hydroquinone USP, 4%. Rx only.
